Terms and Conditions

Unless other arrangements are made a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required at the time trophy is received.  This deposit  is non-refundable due to storage and skinning  preparations.  If deposit is not made within fourteen (14) days after trophy has been received a storage fee will amount of $1.00 per day, up to thirty days(30).  After the thirty (30) days the trophy will then become the property of the taxidermist, and trophy will then become the property of the taxidermist, and as such may be used or disposed of in any manner we see fit, and or as permitted by law.

If trophy is left with a third party by you, a deposit must be received within fourteen (14) days after notification your trophy is in our possession.  If deposit is not made within fourteen (14) days after trophy has been received a storage fee will apply in the amount of $1.00 per day, up to thirty days(30).  After the thirty (30) days the trophy will then become the property of the taxidermist, and trophy will then become the property of the taxidermist, and as such may be used or disposed of in any manner we see fit, and or as permitted by law.

The balance of the invoice will be due before painting and or all finish work is complete.  Unless other arrangements have been made, any trophy not paid in full thirty (30) days after notification becomes the property of the taxidermist, and as such may be used or disposed of in any manner we see fit, and or as permitted by law.  At that time, all monies, including deposit is non-refundable.

Unless other arrangements have been made, any mount not picked up within ninety (90) days after notification of completion, becomes the property of the taxidermist, and as such may be used or disposed of in any manner we see fit, and or as permitted by law.

During any stage of the taxidermy process any conditions that are discovered which prevent proper completion of the mount without incurring additional labor or materials over and above the amount quoted we reserve the right to either make price adjustments or refuse to complete the mount.  This includes but is not limited to cuts or other abrasions of the hide incurred prior to accepting the trophy for mounting, skin conditions which cause the hide to be un-tanable, and improper field processing procedures, or any other condition not directly controlled  by the taxidermist.  In the event of such conditions, we will notify you and mutually agree upon a price prior to further work being performed on the mount.  If the decision is made not to complete the mount, your deposit will be retained to off set the expenses incurred processing the mount to its current state and additional charges may be applicable.  Clients that do not mount their trophies within a reasonable time period, ten to twelve (10-12)  months are subject to any price increases in effect at the time trophy is mounted.

In addition, we shall have the right  to collect the balance of the account by action at law.  The customer agrees that if the balance is collected by an attorney, by suit, or otherwise client will pay all attorney’s fees and cost of the collection.

We will not be held responsible for damage to or loss of the mount for any reason, including but in no way limited to losses resulting from fire, theft, vandalism or acts of God.
